Fees

Academics: € 180 (VAT included)
Reduced rate: € 75 (VAT included)

Only Ph.D. students are eligible for the reduced fees.

No fees: Members of the scientific committee and members of the organizing committee and of the WHITECYCLE Consortium.

Registration and payment

The registration platform will open in mid-September, 2024. A notification will be sent by email to the participants when the registration platform will open.

Deadline for registration: Friday 13 December 2024.

Accepted method of payment: Debit card.

The fees include coffee breaks, meals offered during the conference and accommodation.

Cancellation requests must be sent to contact.cerdi@uca.fr. In case of cancellation within the 48 hours before the conference, no refund will be done.
